This is a tribute page to our dear husband, father and grandfather Dr Vijay Kumar Dhar. He is much loved and will always be remembered by the many whose lives he touched.

Medicine was his great passion, he adored the 'thrill of the ward round', turning knowledge and expertise into life saving treatments for many thousands of patients that he treated in his 52 year clinical career. Ultimately he succumbed to a condition of which there is limited understanding and few therapeutic options. Even with his last breaths he analysed the pathophysiology of what was happening.
