Dr Vijay Dhar was a respected doctor with an infectious smile. He was one of the key member who laid the foundation of KPAE ( Kashmiri Pandit Association of Europe) and has contributed a lot towards the growth of the organisation. He will be deeply missed by Kashmiri Pandit community across the globe. Our deepest condolences to the entire Dhar family and may God give them strength to bear this irreparable loss.
